About The Role
About The Role : Business Development Manager (Hunter) main responsibility to create, overview, and apply an effective sales strategy and operational. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
What You Will Do
- Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing partner-related to revenue, TPV & TPT achievement.
- Monitoring , Assist and ensure the smooth process of partners integration / on-boarding.
- Responsible for create & implement strategy to retain existing merchants in order to keep merchants active and productive.
- Maintaining good relationship with partners and banks.
- Gather merchant’s feedback and coordinate it with related parties as part of improvement feedbackUnderstand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Conduct Team's performance planning, monitoring & review in order to push productive performance.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5-7 years in a sales or business development role, with experience managing merchant relationships.Soft Skills Requirement
Strong knowledge of sales strategies in business-to-business (B2B) environments.Familiarity with payment processing metrics such as TPV and TPT.Proficiency in CRM tools and merchant management systems.Technical Skills Requirement
