Job descriptionS1 dalam bidang Manajemen Rantai Pasokan, Teknik, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait; MBA atau sertifikasi (APICS / CSCP) lebih diutamakan. Pengalaman yang terbukti selama lebih dari 5 (lima) tahun dalam rantai pasokan, pengadaan, logistik, atau manajemen gudang, termasuk 3+ tahun dalam kepemimpinan. Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang pengendalian inventaris, optimalisasi biaya, dan manajemen pemasok. Kemahiran dalam sistem ERP (misalnya, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP atau sistem serupa), perangkat lunak manajemen inventaris, dan Microsoft Office. Lancar berbahasa Inggris. Keterampilan negosiasi, analitis, dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik. Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan manajemen tim yang kuat. Pemahaman terhadap standar ISO, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan manajemen risiko. Kemampuan untuk menganalisis data rantai pasokan dan menerapkan perbaikan proses. Memiliki integeritas, Jujur, Teliti, Displin, Kerjsaama dan Peduli.
Tanggung Jawab
- Membuat strategi rantai pasokan perusahaan secara keseluruhan
- Mengatur dan mengelola aktivitas harian yang mencakup area Departemen Pengiriman dan Logistik
- Mendesain, meninjau, dan memperbarui Aliran dan Prosedur Rantai Pasokan yang efektif
- Mengelola tingkat stok inventaris, mengatur catatan dan laporan secara tepat waktu
- Menganalisis data dari proses pengiriman dan pengiriman untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi dan menemukan solusi untuk setiap hambatan atau masalah yang terjadi
- Menjaga inventaris dan catatan rantai pasokan
- Menemukan solusi yang hemat biaya untuk proses rantai pasokan
- Mengusulkan solusi untuk perbaikan proses
- Menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul (misalnya keterlambatan pengiriman, kecelakaan)
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk membuat rencana terkoordinasi untuk pertumbuhan bisnis
- Memastikan proses rantai pasokan memenuhi persyaratan dan kebijakan hukum
- Mengembangkan ide dan strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, nilai tambah, membantu kinerja bisnis, dan bekerja menuju strategi perbaikan berkelanjutan
