Head of Advisory - Data Analytics

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting, with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex analytics projects.
• In-depth knowledge of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of big data technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
• Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
