Main Purpose of Role

Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the team quota / targets and ensure maximum coverage of hospitals as planned.
• Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high‑sales hospitals for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain a daily track record of sales calls.
• Ensure that company strategies are implemented correctly and uniformly.
• Provide direction / assist or mentor other areas as required by Supervisor / Sales Manager.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the assigned territory.
• Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure the company’s products meet their requirements.
• Maintain customer records.
• Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
• Address product complaints in a timely fashion and in accordance with policy.
• Represent Abbott professionally, aligning with company image and complying with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct, and ethical standards.
