Job descriptionBerpengalaman sebagai Head Engineering / Manager Engineering di perusahaan konstruksi minimal 5 tahun dan pernah melaksanakan pekerjaan aspek Civil dan Mechanical, serta lebih disukai memiliki latar belakang sebagai consultant. Memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik. Senior / Menengah
ENGINEERING MANAGER (Indonesia / Malaysia & Singapore)
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama :
- Mengembangkan rencana kerja teknis yang detail, termasuk jadwal, metode konstruksi, dan spesifikasi material.
- Menganalisis desain dan spesifikasi proyek (Civil & Mechanical) untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan teknis dan peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan SOP untuk memastikan konsistensi dan kualitas pekerjaan.
- Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas dan keselamatan.
- Menganalisis masalah teknis yang muncul selama konstruksi dan mengusulkan solusi yang tepat.
- Menjaga komunikasi yang efektif antara tim teknis, tim manajemen proyek, dan pihak eksternal.
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan konstruksi dengan pihak terkait, termasuk subkontraktor dan pemasok.
