About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant & Book keeper to join our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for managing day-to-day financial operations but also for overseeing general office administration to ensure smooth business operations. Report to the CFO weekly and monthly budget reports and monthly payroll and taxes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Work with our external accounting firm to create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage payroll, tax filings, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support management with ad hoc financial reports and recommendations.
