Job Description
The Human Resources Manager / Senior is responsible for, but not limited to :
- Managing overall HR administration and processes to ensure data accuracy and support business operations in compliance with employment laws.
- Evaluating and improving HR procedures and administrative systems to align with business goals.
- Leading talent acquisition and recruitment programs through strategic planning and tactical execution in partnership with business units.
- Developing and managing programs related to compensation and benefits, talent management, development, and organizational design.
- Serving as the main contact for Industrial and Employee Relations matters.
- Translating business goals into strategic HR programs to foster an effective workforce.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in end-to-end HR management with at least 10+ years in a generalist role and 3-5 years in a managerial position overseeing the entire HR function.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with a large headcount.Strong knowledge and experience in Industrial and Employee Relations, with an updated understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and Regulatory Compliance.Experience in nationwide mass recruitment and compensation and benefits strategies.Good business acumen to translate business needs into HR strategies.What's on Offer
