Admin Support

The Admin Support will provide operational and administrative assistance within the Employment Background Screening department. This role ensures the smooth distribution of assignments, maintains data integrity, supports reporting processes, and acts as backup for the Field Coordinator when needed.

What will you do :

• Dispatch background screening assignments based on workload analysis
• Manage data retention and secure destruction processes
• Act as scheduling support ("Buddy") during Field Coordinator's leave
• Monitor, recap, and communicate status of pending checks
• Publish background screening reports on designated deadline days
• Assist in compiling internal and external performance reports
• Handle incentive calculations for relevant team members
