We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Field Collection Specialist to join our team. Responsibility

Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements directly with customers.
Deliver formal reminders or legal notices as necessary.
Verify customer data and update account information.
Report collection results daily to the supervisor or system.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit -Risk, Legal, and Customer Service.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ensure all collection activities comply with Indonesian laws and company policies
Ready to work with strict target

Requirement

Good computer skills, in particular with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team player and also able to work independently

Must have 3 years of experience in Corporate Collection and experience in client visits

Having experience on resolving overdue bills and collecting payment from customers

Emotional intelligence and assertive
