You’ll create impact by

• Processing collections to meet service level agreements and ensure compliance with internal controls and credit policies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external Siemens customers and collaborating with the Cash Allocation Back Office and Credit Management teams.
• Accurately maintaining customer contact records in the collections tool and other SAP modules, and producing monthly debtor and ad-hoc reports.
• Suggesting and assisting in implementing process or system improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Addressing customer queries regarding invoices, producing ad-hoc statements, and proactively contacting debtors to confirm payment dates.
• Supporting working hours for countries outside of Indonesia to ensure seamless operations.
