Collection Support Staff (SME)

Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain an organized and upto-date database for the Collection Department.

Manage and maintain documents related to collections, ensuring proper filing and organization for easy retrieval and reference.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the Collection Department, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the monitoring of collection performance, preparation of daily and weekly reports, and presentation of insights to the VP of Collection.

Requirements Hold a minimum of a diploma or high school degree.

Knowledge of the Collection and Recovery in the financial company area to effectively carry out responsibilities.

At least 1 year of experience in a related area to handle assigned tasks competently.

Demonstrate a high degree of integrity while dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.

Employ good negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, clients, and colleagues.

Understand the collection and recovery process and have a good network in the area to facilitate successful operations.

Attention to detail and ensure accuracy in data entry to maintain precise and up-todate records.
