Sankara Suites & Villas is seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator / Supervisor to join our talented team in Ubud Bali. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the engineering operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services.

• Supervising and coordinating the work of the engineering team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering-related issues
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve engineering processes and workflows
• Monitoring and reporting on key engineering performance metrics
• Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Participating in the planning and execution of engineering projects
• Mentoring and developing the skills of junior engineering team members
