Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Civil Engineering Technical Supervisor based in Bali, Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring construction quality at all stages, verifying materials and equipment compliance with standards, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely task execution, participating in work acceptance to confirm quality, providing progress reports on construction, and acting as a liaison between the construction team and project management to address issues.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, experience in construction and civil engineering (including monolithic works and foundations), strong knowledge of construction technologies, and skills in coordinating with contractors and analyzing project documents.

Additional qualities include adherence to safety and quality standards, experience in technical supervision, and a willingness to work in active construction conditions.

Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD or BIM and at least 5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities : Monitor the quality of construction and installation work at all project stages.

Verify that materials and equipment comply with project documentation and regulatory standards.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of construction tasks.

Participate in the acceptance of completed work, verifying quantities and quality.

Provide timely reports on construction progress and any identified non-compliance issues.

Act as a liaison between the construction team and project management to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Experience in general construction and civil engineering, including monolithic works, pile foundations, earthworks, and structural construction.

Strong knowledge of monolithic construction technologies, foundation pouring, pile foundation installation, and structural framework assembly.

Experience in coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ability to analyze project documentation, blueprints, and specifications.

Ensuring compliance with construction regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Experience in technical supervision and project handover.

Willingness to work in active construction site conditions.

Nice-to-haves : Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, BIM systems – if applicable).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
