Job Description
Working with Clients
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Visiting clients to build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
Working with Candidates
Headhunting – Sourcing, identifying and approaching suitable candidates through by different toolsAdvertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationshipsDeeply understand the candidates through interviews, assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different rolesBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, benefits of the job and career development opportunitiesConsult and advise the candidate how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information (Not just making them see the salary matters in short-term period)Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements to both clients and candidatesJob Requirements
