• Preferred skills :
• Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Qualifications :
• Min of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.
• Having a Certification in Financial Planning, leadership and / or Sales Management are preferable
• A 5 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business
• Responsibilities :
• ### Develop sales strategy to ensure RR sales target is achieved ### Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs
• ### Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly
• ### Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest
• ### Ensuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity
