Application Engineer

The uLearn squad (who manages the Thales Group Learning Management System tool “Cornerstone” or Udemy, Coursera, edflex, 7speaking, etc.) needs an application engineer who will ensure evolutions & integrity of the application inheritance, will provide technical support to the end & Key users.

Responsibilities

• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
• Provide Technical Support : assist end or key users by addressing technical issues via various channels Like Atlassian (Jira) or ServiceNow (Kiss). Issue troubleshooting, answer queries, and user guidance.
• Provides expert advice on the Cornerstone application choices, or Udemy, Coursera, 7 speaking, or edflex.
• Participate to functional and technical choices, integration and roll out of solutions
• Capitalize knowledge in the knowledge base : Maintain team knowledge & related documentation
• Agile methodology : Based on scrum, during the sprints review, collaborate with other team members to ensure they fully comprehend the business needs, assess progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
• Driving Change : change management by educating users, creating tutorials, and communicating application updates.
• Optional : providing expert advice and experience on LXP implementation / integration would be a plus
