ASUS Indonesia is looking for a passionate and driven Field Application Engineer to join our OPBG (Open Platform Business Group) team! If you're someone who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth, this opportunity is for you

Main Responsiblity

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers before and after they purchase products, ensuring successful integration and utilization of those products in the customer’s environment.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, answer product questions, and help resolve issues through troubleshooting and debug support.
• Serve as a technical consultant and the primary point of contact for customers’ engineering questions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to help customers understand and effectively use the company’s products.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and product management teams, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance future product development
• Assist with pre-sales activities, such as product recommendations and technical presentations, as well as post-sales activities like training and ongoing technical support
