Overview
Develop and execute KOL / influencer marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and awareness. Identify, recruit and maintain strong relationships with influencers / KOLs, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, content coordination, timeline management, payment, and performance review. Collaborate with content, creative, and social media teams to ensure brand messaging and campaign objectives are aligned. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Creator Tools, Instagram Insights, etc. Up-to-date with industry trends, competitor KOL activities, and emerging influencers to continuously improve campaign creativity and effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets in alignment with campaign goals and ROI.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience at least 4 years in KOL management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with KOLs and media professionals.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in PR software and tools is a plus.Creative thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and solving problems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
