Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field from a reputable university
- 1015 years of progressive leadership experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries
- Strong business and financial acumen : adept at budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis, and forecasting
- High integrity and proven leadership with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Systematic working style with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong experience in food and retail operations with deep market understanding
- Passionate about the business, eager to grow, and committed to achieving sustainable results
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansionControl and optimize budgeting, resources, and overall cost managementLead and manage distribution planning and operationsConduct regular profit and loss analysis and implement corrective actionsTake decisive action to close unprofitable outlets while driving new growth initiativesEnsure efficiency and effectiveness in all operational areasOversee daily operations across IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Distribution, and MarketingEnsure SOP compliance, service quality, and manpower productivityDrive operational improvements with the Operations Cost ManagerLead, coach, and develop teams to achieve performance excellenceSupport marketing, branding, and product innovation strategiesMaintain strong customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputationSeniority level
