Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our client, a Start-Up Poultry Distribution Company. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding the market presence within the poultry industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization in a key sector of the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new or existing customers / clients while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new accounts.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our poultry product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and effectively negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable agreements with customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and superior customer service.
• Prospect customers / clients and generate sales through new and renewal orders.
• Manage the renewal process and ensure that customers / clients receive excellent goods and services.
