Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 12 years’ experience in revenue generation, business development, or project management, with a proven record of delivering high-quality, client-facing solutions on schedule. Strategic and visionary thinker with a strong ability to identify market trends and drive business expansion. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable execution. Prior experience in the software industry is a strong advantage.
Job Description
- Oversee full operational management for Indonesia, ensuring alignment with profit, revenue, and quality objectives.
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with company goals, budgets, and resource plans.
- Uphold compliance with internal methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Proactively manage project risks, provide strong leadership, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment, enhance staff retention, and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure thorough engagement reviews and quality assurance processes are conducted across all client engagements.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, spearhead revenue growth, and expand the client base.
- Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
