Responsibilities

Overall P&L : Responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

• Develop Overall Business Plan : Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress. Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue / sales targets are met.
• New Business Initiatives : Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
• Resources Management : Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel.
• Recruit and Train Staff : Oversee the hiring and training of staff in the region. Staff selection, training development, scheduling and ongoing professional development of employees will be involved.
