Regional Sales Director (SMB)

We’re looking for a visionary, results-obsessed Regional Sales Director to lead strategic sales execution across a dynamic, high-potential territory. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Own the Region : Develop and execute bold sales strategies that accelerate growth, expand market share, and elevate team performance.
  • Lead Through Insight : Use Salesforce and analytics to uncover trends, guide decisions, and fuel smarter, faster execution.
  • Coach for Impact : Partner with Sales Managers to drive accountability, sharpen execution, and build a culture of high performance.
  • Collaborate to Scale : Align with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless go-to-market strategies and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Spot the Next Big Opportunity : Identify new markets, tools, and tactics—and bring forward bold recommendations that move the business.
  • Build a Championship Team : Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent that thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Drive Alignment and Execution : Lead performance reviews and coaching sessions that keep teams focused, aligned, and fired up.

  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • A college degree is great—but we value experience, grit, and results just as much.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • A track record of building and leading high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
  • Mastery of Salesforce and Microsoft Office; you know how to turn data into strategy.
  • A valid driver’s license—and a readiness to lead from the front.
