Overview
To achieve Sales plan targets and monthly objectives
Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
Grow and leverage the network by identifying and prospecting new clients in order to increase market share.
Develop long term relationships with the customer.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implement the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics from a reputable university.Minimum 2 years\' experience as a Sales Engineer.Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve problems.Pro-active and resourceful with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
