Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Chief Executive Officer.
- Provide strategic leadership of the People and Culture function as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Design, develop, and implement People & Culture program and strategy in line with company business plan and strategy.
- Drive initiatives that enhance staff engagement, wellbeing, and professional growth.
- Monitor, control, and develop all People & Culture policies, procedure and process are running well.
- Handle and manage end-to-end all of People & Culture function and include leading effective strategic people management and problem-solving.
- Manage all People & Culture transactions meet the labor law and company policy.
- Manage People & Culture budgeting of expenses.
- Lead and drive People & Culture team for achieving Department’s KPI and target.
- Ensure People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to attract, retain and build the capabilities of staff.
- High-level operational, support and advice.
- Build leadership capability and support a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with external stakeholders and universities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure timely all People & Culture report and confidently present for headquarter.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management / Law / Psychology.High flyer in people and culture transformation and have experience in HRBP and People & Culture area at least 15 years.Hold Human Capital Certification would be advantageous.Keen on detailed and have good analytical, critical thinking, and strategic thinking.Excellence to manage effectively team-work and cross-teamwork.Excellence in leadership, good in adaptability, listening, assessing, conflict management as well as talent developing competencies.Have good communication skills and deal with people at all departments professionally.Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.Have can do attitude, independent, honestly, role-model and discipline.Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsFluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
