Molding Technician Assistant Supervisor - Automotive Manufacturing - Karawang

Job Description

• Oversee the tasks and projects of the molding engineering team.
• Ensure production timelines are adhered to while upholding quality standards.
• Create and apply process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Diagnose and solve problems related to molding operations and machinery.
• Educate and guide team members on optimal molding practices and techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Work with other departments, like quality control and maintenance, to improve production processes

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

・At least 3 years of experience in molding processes within the automotive sector.

・In-depth knowledge of injection molding (with a capacity of 2000 tons) and related technologies.

・Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a technical team.

・Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

・ Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa.

・Proficiency in molding software and manufacturing execution systems.
