About The Role

Responsible for reviewing distribution channel’s campaign schemes and costs, channel compensation, and providing updates in channel profitability forecasting.

• Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign costs and benefits meet financial targets. Proposing changes to schemes, terms, and conditions if needed.
• Performing risk and financial assessments on proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensuring proper checking and testing of new or updated compensation in the system.
• Updating channel profitability forecasts regularly and highlighting potential actions to meet financial targets.
• Liaising with various departments to gather data, insights, or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing financial materials for presentation to EXCO.
• Ensuring all deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
