GudangAda’s Hiring : Key Account Executive
Head Office – Gading Serpong (On‑site)
We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to be the point person driving sell‑in / sell‑out, promo planning, and day‑to‑day execution with our distributor partner.
What you’ll do
- Handle account setup & growth : onboarding, terms, assortment, and launch plan.
 - Drive commercial targets : sell‑in, sell‑out, GMV, and margin for your account.
 - Plan & run promos : JBP inputs, promo calendar, price & mechanics, and post‑mortems.
 - Negotiate & execute trading terms, SLA, and campaign deliverables with the distributor.
 - Coordinate with cross‑functional team : Commercial, Operations, Distributors, and Finance.
 - Report what matters : dashboards on sales, ROI, and action items for the Head of Sales.
 
What you’ll bring
Experience in Key Account / Sales / Trade Marketing (beauty, FMCG, retail, or e‑commerce a plus).Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, lookup, ifs) and comfort with dashboards / CRM.Solid negotiation, follow‑through, and partner management.Excellence communicator, high‑ownership, action & data‑driven.About GudangAda
