Lean Implementation & Training : People Development by facilitate training, coaching and subsequently continue with the assessment process in leading plant culture change.
Process Improvement by developing Lean Activities and Event : Identify continuous improvement activities and organize internal Kaizen Event to streamline operations.
Lean strategy : Support Lean Leader in establish Lean Maturity Implementation Score , create action plan, and follow up to close the gap.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.Preferable to have experience in Lean and Kaizen event for a minimum 1 year.Represent excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Possess good judgment, planning and analytical skills.Fluent in English both oral and written.Preferable a non-smoker candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
