Accounting Reporting & Consolidation Senior Manager

Responsibilities Lead the consolidation of financial statements, management reports and forecasts from multiple business units or legal entities within the group.

Analyze key financial metrics (e.g., revenue, cost, margins, portfolio quality) and provide insights to support executive decision-making.

Prepare dashboards, board-level reports, and investor materials, translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automate processes, and improve financial data integrity across departments.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA / CFA preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial reporting or corporate finance, preferably in the financial services industry.

Proven experience in consolidating financial reports across multiple business units or entities is a must.

Strong in Accounting is a must.

Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and financial planning tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must.

Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
