Job description

KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Bisnis, Pemasaran, Komunikasi atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 5–7 tahun di posisi manajerial proyek konstruksi F&B, hotel, catering, atau industri sejenis.
Memiliki rekam jejak pencapaian target penjualan atau pertumbuhan bisnis.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi tingkat tinggi dengan kontraktor, vendor, dan pihak pemerintah.
Mampu melakukan riset pasar dan analisis data bisnis.
Paham standar desain & operasional dapur profesional (layout workflow, hygiene flow, peralatan industri).
Mampu menangani proyek multi-lokasi secara paralel.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, problem solving, dan orientasi pada hasil.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke berbagai wilayah pembangunan.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Memimpin seluruh proses pembangunan dapur catering mulai dari desain, perencanaan, hingga serah terima.

Melakukan negosiasi dengan kontraktor, vendor, dan pihak terkait untuk memastikan efisiensi biaya & kualitas hasil kerja.

Mengatur jadwal pembangunan multi-lokasi agar tepat waktu & sesuai spesifikasi teknis.

Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan SOP operasional dapur yang efisien, aman, dan sesuai standar industri F&B.

Mengelola tim teknis & operasional agar dapur siap berproduksi setelah selesai dibangun.

Berkoordinasi lintas divisi (logistik, purchasing, operasional catering) untuk memastikan kesiapan seluruh fasilitas.
