Responsibilities

Daily account of stock for installation jobs
Issue of stock records for technicians
Order products from headquarters (overseas) to replenish stock
Submit weekly / monthly stock reports
Raise purchase orders / requests (for overseas parts)
Work with Schedulers and Technicians as a team to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline
Prepare stock check list for annual stock report

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

Minimum of 2 years\' experience in stock control and warehouse

Strong proficiency in computer operations (MS Office) and experience using warehousing systems is preferable

Basic technical knowledge is an advantage

Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy
