Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate compliance with defined policies and controls throughout LDCI Lampung Packaging.
- Perform health checks to monitor weekly operational issues in production, engineering, and laboratory teams.
- Prepare figures and analyses for monthly Key Financial Reports (Actual Cost of Production, Production Volume and Factory Variances) in an accelerated, reliable and accurate manner.
- Verify and validate business transactions (e.g., payments for electricity, production consumables, laboratory items, etc.) incurred at factory level.
- Strictly comply with all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements.
- Perform factory month-end close in an accelerated and accurate manner. Ensure reports are generated in a timely basis.
- Drive and support Factory budgeting preparation (performed during OPL preparation); prepare required data and sensitivity analysis on material, labor and energy physical standards proposed.
- Coordinate, implement and follow up on execution to increase stock accuracy through effective stocktaking activity.
- Prepare figures and analyses for Manufacturing Performance to improve clarity in variance reports.
- Monitor GFOH, labor and maintenance costs.
- Share and develop cost awareness for non-finance personnel.
- Perform monthly stock counts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance.Minimum 3 years of working experience in a site / production environment or related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Understanding of cost accounting and production costing, with hands-on experience in managing and analyzing manufacturing costs.Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial planning and variance analysis.Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.Required Languages
English proficiency as described above.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.
