Project Management Officer

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of project transfer based on time and budget within scope. The ideal candidate will support the project transfer among cross functional teams among business units and work closely with the Sales team to approach customers for business approaching. The Project manager will also need to manage risks and issues, monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track thus constantly provide updates of the progress of the project regularly to the management team.

• Host regular meetings with the project team, assign tasks and review the progress.
• The project schedule planning (using scheduling tools or Excel).
• Sample build planning and allocating.
• Report the project progress.
