Business Development Director

Overview

This role will report to the President Director and liaise with other BoD, and will manage approximately 5 Heads of Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets and develop sales strategies for all channels and ensure great execution.
• Create new market penetration strategies based on business challenges and client needs.
• Optimize and grow existing business opportunities while developing new ones.
• Maintain relationships with C-level executives and obtain buy-in on sales strategy.
• Direct and develop the Business Development team to pursue achieving sales targets.
