Defining and leading KAM strategies, growth plans (and innovation roadmap) to achieve regional / local Business Unit (BU) / Strategy Business Unit (SBU) goals
What you´ll do
- Develops and executes regional / local key account strategy (short- / mid and long term) aligned with the SBU / BU strategy
- Leads, coaches and develops team
- Delivers sales plans and project pipeline
- Optimizes sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins
- Ensures correct manufacturing footprint are made to support focus segment growth
- Develop sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiate and secure key accounts contracts
- Improve pipeline of projects
- Steers join innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth
- Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
- Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Technical background is a plus, particularly in surface treatment, chemical engineering or material science.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial sales and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.Regional management experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.Fluent in English. Vietnamese is strong plus. Additional language skills such as Chinese / Japanese / Korean are merit.Some perks of joining Henkel
