Job descriptionMin. 2-3 years' experience in System Engineering, Technical Consulting or related fields. Experience as IT infrastructure (Network, Firewall, Private Server, etc). Experience with cloud (on-premises or public sectors) and security management. Have competency in Network / Application / Infrastructure Security. Strong communication, presentations, and problem-solving skills. Advanced communication in English. Any Cloud or Security Management Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Delivering solutions, consultative value and support to clients.
- Leading technical discussions and presenting solutions to clients
- Manage IT infrastructure, including firewalls, network systems, and private servers.
- Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to implement multiple projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-business partners, including overseas PIC.
