Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processes of receiving, storing, and shipping goods to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify that stock levels align with inventory records for accuracy and accountability.
• Organize warehouse layouts to maximize efficiency while adhering to company standards.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, including task delegation and employee training.
• Monitor and ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports on warehouse activities to management.
