Research Office Senior Manager page is loaded## Research Office Senior Managerlocations : Jakartatime type : Full timeposted on : Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id : JR It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.1.Manage the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving research quality, capacity and capability in BINUS University.2.Plan and monitor activities and accomplishment in Research Technology Transfer Office.3.Ensureresearch activities alignment with research roadmap.4.Identify scientific opportunities and competitive threats to underlying research base of BINUS.5.Ensure effective research operation process, research policy implementation and dissemination process of research & publication in BINUS university.6.Ensure effective implementation of holding the Binus Joint International conference (BJIC).7.Manage publication production and ensure alignment with related timeline8.Ensure overall record of all published journals in BINUS university.9.Ensure the availability of research data for data analytic purposes.10.Ensure digitalization and integration of all research process.11.Ensure availability of documentation in accreditation process of institutions and study programs (nationally and internationally)12.Maintain and enhance effective communication with Faculty / School related to research and publication target and activities.13.Collaborate with Research Interest Group (RIG) and research center to develop, implement and monitor the annual scientific plans, program, and projects to meet strategic objectives and agreed timings.14.Establish, enhance and maintain relationships with internal and external research stakeholders, as well as existing relationships in area of research and other related area.Management Support Activities :

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement :
• Minimum Master Degree (S2)Work Exposure / Experience :
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Managerial Level, and
