Job descriptionMin. Bachelor\'s Degree – Chemical Engineering or Chemist Have a minimum of 5 years experience as production supervisor. Have knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001, 14000, and 45001 standards. Able to manage production and polymerization operation techniques. Able to conduct coaching and development of work teams. Have leadership, integrity, and communicative skills. Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem solving. Must able to operate computer and Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point). Fluent in English and proficient in literacy. Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.

Subject : SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDENT - BATCH PLANT 1
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily & monthly production plans according to demand.
- Ensure sufficient raw materials for production targets.
- Monitor smooth production and efficient use of equipment.
- Ensure production output is in accordance with customer specifications.
- Receive & check product test results from QA.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze production results & look for opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor production effectiveness and equipment operation.
- Report team work results & provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create work reports & ensure everything is well documented.
- Hold regular meetings with the team for production evaluation & improvement.
