Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving aptitude. (For senior roles) Professional Engineer (PE) license. This position is based in Ireland.
Designs, develops, tests, and supervises the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for a wide range of applications (e.g., power generation, electronics, telecommunications, automotive). Solves complex technical problems and ensures systems meet specifications and regulations.
Key Duties :
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and applications.
- Conduct research and implement new electrical technologies.
- Analyse and solve complex electrical problems.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects.
