Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who combines brand-building expertise, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Team from our International Brand owners as well as Minor Food Thailand to define the brands’ voice, strengthen our brands presence, and drive our expansion in Indonesia. In this role, you will oversee both brand building and brand development (NPD). You will be responsible for driving loyalty growth and enhancing our digital presence, while serving as the primary contact for all our local operations including equity and sub-franchised multiple brands.

Responsibilities
- Brand Communication
- Drive campaign storytelling and creative direction across product launches, campaigns, and content initiatives.
- Define and manage brands’ voice, content calendar, and media strategy across all channels.
- Oversee end-to-end creative development, including visuals, copy, social media content, and packaging.
- Manage and align output from agencies and freelancers to ensure brand consistency.
- Strengthen and monitor the brand’s digital presence, including social media, content, and media strategy, with a focus on ROI tracking.
- CRM G Loyalty Growth
- Lead the loyalty program by expanding membership, strengthening retention, and delivering personalized offers.
- Partner with the Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to transform brand storytelling into impactful, member-focused activations.
- Partnerships
- Lead brand-building collaborations with lifestyle brands, cultural partners, and influencers.
- Focus on elevating brand aspiration, visibility, and cultural relevance.
- Ensure partnerships deliver both brand impact and sales results.
- Custodian for own and franchised brands
- Serve as the primary liaison for international brand franchisors and partners
- Support global market launches and activations
- Safeguard brand consistency and alignment across all regions Indonesia
- Support the Country GM in monthly business, strategy reviews and other Leadership meetings
- As the senior marketer in the team, responsible to mentor, coach and guide the entire Marketing Team.
Qualifications
8 – 10 years in brand marketing and / or communications (Food & Beverage, lifestyle, FMCG preferred) at a similar level.Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent presentation skills.Strong creative and visual acumen with a track record of successful campaign execution.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.Creative eye and proven experience in leading campaigns.Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders across functions and cultures.Seniorities and Employment
