Senior Manager, HRBP role with MULTITREND Indo Tbk, focusing on developing and executing category strategy and managing partnerships with principals across Baby & Consumer Goods Product Category in Indonesia.
Job Description
- Accountable for category wise topline and bottom-line across the key brands of Baby & Consumer Goods Product Category.
- Manage relationships with principals to ensure a win-win partnership and translate their vision into best-in-class channel execution in Indonesia, while aligning with PT Multitrend Indo's objectives.
- Develop a picture of success for key categories across different channel environments by creating and implementing a comprehensive shopper and trade strategy leveraging assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and participation in key retail programs across marketplaces (Ecommerce), GT, MT, and owned retail.
- Identify and execute opportunities arising from emerging channel and shopper insights.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of experience, with the last 3-5 years in Marketing Communications activating both offline and online spaces.Team management experience is a must.Should have worked with global principals before; local brand experience is acceptable if the candidate has been in an organization where the local brand was owned rather than franchised.Familiarity with media planning and execution, especially digital marketing including KOL planning and execution.Familiarity with basic market research tools and techniques with demonstrated usage at different career points.Understanding of P&L principles and ability to assess the impact of marcom initiatives on the P&L.Fluent in English and Bahasa with strong public speaking / presentation skills.Seniority level
