Senior Account Executive

Overview

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and delivering measurable business results. This role bridges client needs with internal teams, providing strategic input, flawless project management, and proactive problem-solving to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing and digital campaigns.
• Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy, production) to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Support new business initiatives through research, proposal development, and pitch participation.
• Mentor and guide junior account team members to support their development.
