Finance Manager – Continuous Improvement
Manage the continual review and optimization of all finance processes, including the robust updated documentation of these processes.
Deliver the development of effective new system and process roadmaps.
Manage the robust assessment of change impacts.
Deliver the creation of all documentation which enables the effective delivery of processes within the functional remit.
Support setting the data requirements of the functional process and how this data is used to support these processes.
Deliver process health checks and the creation and reporting of process KPIs.
Support the prioritization of change requests, through the consideration of the needs of the business, Finance, and internal / external audit.
Support the co-ordination of changes related to Finance process change, into the function.
Deliver the creation and management of documentation which is used to operate the applicable 'design authority', which oversees all process change within PZC.
Deliver the creation of business cases which set out the benefit of change so as to fund the provision of resource and / or services with which to deliver that change.
Support the embedding of globally standardized end-to-end processes.
Manage the capture of detailed Business requirements through interactions with the Community of Practice.
Manage for the capture and management of issues across the Community of Practice which impact the delivery of change within your global functional process remit.
Management and delivery of the training plan so as to ensure all users of the processes are adequately trained.
Manage the maintenance of appropriate training materials.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven continuous improvement mindset with a strong drive to identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, with a deep understanding of end-to-end PTP workflows.
Deep understanding of internal controls and experience in maintaining process documentation and training materials.
Proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with agility and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams across different geographical areas.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in SAP and familiar with process documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio.
