We are looking for an agile and results-driven Head of Sales – On-the-Road to join our Sales team in Jakarta.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
- Min. 5 years as Head of Sales (on-the-road trucks).
- Strong expertise in Contract Logistics and Ocean Freight, with deep knowledge of the Indonesia market and customer landscape.
- Proven ability to engage in consultative, solution-based selling by aligning with customer pain points.
- Adept at building strategic partnerships & managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven communication & negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
