Job Description

Develop, maintain , and optimize BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Execute BI queries and data profiling to ensure accuracy, consistency, and detect anomalies.

Manage data queries and reporting processes for performance and scalability.

Translate business needs into actionable insights through SQL queries, data modeling, and visualization.

Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Monitor and manage the full BI project lifecycle—from data extraction to final reporting.

Continuously analyze trends, detect patterns, and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.

Provide support and training to end users on BI tools and reports usage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase ).

Comfortable working with large data sets and big data technologies.

Able to document BI processes and explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
