Job descriptionInteracting with customers, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on customers’ needs Perform investigation and troubleshooting for customers’ problems and issues Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues Collaborate with consultants and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions Collaborate with presales to provide cloud solutions to customers and conduct Proof of Concept for requirements Modify and improve existing systems Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processing in line with security policies and cloud security best practices Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements Coordinate with external parties such as hardware vendors, data center vendors, and internet providers to troubleshoot issues and assist on-site when needed Annual company bonus based on KPI scoring and company performance Annual rewards trip based on company performance Private health insurance Training and professional development opportunities A collaborative and innovative work environment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud computing
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with major cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies
- Relevant certifications are a strong plus , such as : VMware (VTSP, VSP), Veeam (VMTSP, VMSP), Zerto (ZCP), Cloudflare, Kaspersky, Dell, Supermicro, or SUSE certifications
- Good communication and client management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
