Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets through wholesale customers’ retail business.
- Review performance of wholesale partners’ store personnel and propose corrective actions (e.g., provide training materials, share best practices, recommend staffing solutions, support hiring when needed).
- Monitor store profitability and performance of wholesale customers, including store layout, traffic flow, visual merchandising effectiveness, and product contribution.
- Ensure wholesale partners’ compliance with agreed retail standards, procedures, and processes.
- Recommend and implement business development initiatives to expand market coverage, strengthen sales channels, and support customer-led promotional and sales events.
- Provide operational guidance to wholesale partners on daily retail operations.
- Analyze store performance and market trends to recommend promotional efforts that enable wholesale partners to achieve sales targets.
- Provide industry and competitor analyses to aid in strategy formulation; consolidate sales and operational reports for local and regional management.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management to ensure effective realization of wholesale retail business goals.
Qualifications
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in wholesale or retail operations.At least 3 years of work experience in a retail or wholesale distribution environment.Strong coordination and communication skills to work with both local wholesale customers and regional teams.Highly motivating, strong leadership skills, and ability to identify market and consumer trends.Skilled in developing, mentoring, and influencing sales teams (direct or through partners), with proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.Strong delegation, planning, and organizational skills.Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be highly preferred in order to liaise with China HQ.Passion for sports and lifestyle retail is a must.Seniority level
