Digital Asset Specialist

Overview

As a Digital Asset Specialist at MWX, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the company’s digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Management : Manage company crypto wallets (hot, cold, multisig). Handle transfers, receipts, and accurate recording of digital asset transactions. Ensure the security of private keys, seed phrases, and backups.
• Treasury & Investment : Support asset allocation planning (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi yield). Monitor market trends and provide strategic investment recommendations. Manage liquidity for both operational and treasury needs.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all transactions comply with local and international crypto regulations. Develop and maintain SOPs for digital asset transaction security. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Reporting & Analytics : Prepare daily and weekly reports on digital asset positions. Analyze digital asset performance and market risk exposure. Provide insights to management regarding digital asset strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to implement blockchain systems. Educate stakeholders on wallet usage and best security practices.
